Our Founder

Mr. Neelakanth P. Phadke

Mr. Neelakanth P. Phadke, a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and an MBA graduate from Japan, has dedicated his career to enhancing accessibility in the insurance industry. Commencing his professional journey at GIC of India in 1980, he steadily progressed through various roles across different offices of New India Assurance and its Tokyo Branch. For seven years, Mr. Phadke served as the Regional Advisor for India at Sumitomo Marine & Fire Insurance Company in Tokyo. During this tenure, he tirelessly worked to provide insurance solutions to many Japanese companies operating in India, seamlessly bridging cultures and visions. Driven by his commitment to making insurance more accessible and prioritizing customer interests through tailored risk coverage, Mr. Phadke established Nipun InsuranceBrokers Pvt. Ltd. in February 2003.

As the Administrative Manager and Director at Nipun Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., she has played a pivotal role in laying the foundation for the company's success. Her visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to client services have been instrumental in driving Nipun's growth.
