Nipun Insurance Broker provides users access to information primarily about Insurance Products and related services.
Access to the service is subject to internet/mobile data and third-party fees. Users must provide and maintain their own equipment for access.
By using this service and providing personal/contact details, you consent to NIB contacting you to understand your interest in selected products and services.
Nipun Insurance Broker may share user details with affiliates and partners for information and sales purposes, and users may receive promotional materials through various communication channels.
Users understand and accept that NIB may use third-party services to collect information and consent to share their data with such parties.
Insurance contracts operate on the principle of utmost good faith. Users must disclose all relevant information for the insurance cover solicited through Nipun Insurance Broker.
Non-disclosure may lead to cancellation of the proposal, insurance cover, or rejection of a claim, and NIB shall not be liable for resulting losses.
The service is not available to minors under 18 or suspended users.
Merely inquiring or submitting a Proposal/Consent Form does not guarantee insurance coverage, as it is subject to underwriting rules and Insurer policies.
NIB is not liable if an Insurer rejects an Insurance Policy due to internal rules and policies.
Important Information
Providing accurate information during Policy Solicitation is crucial, and NIB shall not be liable for losses due to incorrect information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and must notify Nipun Insurance Broker of any unauthorised use.
Any violation of the Insurer’s terms may result in policy cancellation or denial of service access, with Nipun Insurance Broker not liable for such issues.
NIB acts as an Insurance Broker and does not underwrite insurance risks.
Nipun Insurance Broker and its affiliates are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages beyond their control.
We do not determine returns, benefits, or policy status and is not liable for any related changes or issues.
